Cancellation is free of charge up to 20 days before arrival.
For cancellations between 19 and 15 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation fee will be charged.
For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For shortened stays or no-shows, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

In the event of government decisions related to the health crisis preventing you from coming to the hotel (administrative closure of the hotel, confinement or travel ban), your reservation will be fully reimbursed or you will receive a voucher allowing you to postpone your stay until 31 October 2022.
